Fees, charges or services

Credit card transactions may incur a service fee. Charges will be advised at confirmation. Subject to applicable law, AHEAD accepts no responsibility for security breaches or misrepresentation relating to credit card transactions.

Liability

Website data and services are provided in good faith and ‘as is’. AHEAD does not warrant their accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose, or accept responsibility for services or conditions incorrectly represented on the website.

To the extent permitted by law, AHEAD excludes implied warranties and liability for injury, loss, claims, damage or incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or savings, arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Cancellation fees, charges and refunds
